What if you improved by 1% every day? That’s 365% in a year! With all this improvement to be had why don’t we see more of it?
Often we become disillusioned when results don’t come quick enough or we become overwhelmed by how far we have left to go. Furthermore our efforts can feel negligible however I’m telling you, results will show. Be patient.
Look for the little victories. Maybe you didn’t lift more weight but you felt better while doing it or had better form. Maybe you didn’t get any faster but you were less winded. Don’t be so hard on yourself just get started.
A single tiny step is better than any big leap not taken.
